We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened or unused kits. Please contact iwth 14 days of receipt. Once the package has been received by Printzcare, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product. Please note, the package must be received by Printzcare within 28 days from the date or purchase or we will be unable to process a refund.
Please note that:
1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom-made shadow box frames and engraved nameplates are non-refundable.
2. All refunds will be credited back in the same payment method the buyer was charged.
3. Packages that are sent back without prior notification, sent back as refused, or returned by the carrier due to a non deliverable address, will neither be automatically reshipped nor refunded. You will need to contact us to make new arrangements for your package. Please report order errors within 7 days of receipt. We will correct the problem as soon as possible. When necessary, replacement items will be sent via the same carrier and speed as the original shipment. Damaged items due to the carrier will not be replaced. Insurance is optional for the buyer.
